At Adventive, he leads with honesty, inclusion, and the spirit of experimentation.

Dan Rocha

Dan is a technologist and builder with 20+ years of experience in software development, from scrappy startups to enterprise-scale systems. At Adventive, he focuses on designing flexible, scalable systems that let small teams move fast. He is passionate about empowering others through thoughtful engineering, inclusion and team autonomy.

Todd Nelson

CMO

Todd is a seasoned marketing executive with a knack for crafting cohesive, audience-driven brands, blending deep expertise in brand strategy and marketing communication that sells. He also has 20 years of experience leading diverse nonprofit and association boards and can often be found hiking and biking on beautiful Bay Area trails.

Robin Guptill

Director of Revenue & Client Partnerships

Robin brings over 25 years of experience in software and SaaS solutions, where she has focused on marketing and financial services solutions. Her goal is to continue delivering impactful solutions that meet the evolving needs of the industry she is serving. Robin stays active with a number of outdoor activities like volleyball, mountain biking, hiking, swimming and pickleball. She is an avid historical fiction fan and a dedicated dog lover.
